On March 17, 2025, HubSpot Insights will be sunset. After that date, you’ll not be able to access HubSpot Insights. (Accounts created after September 18th, 2024 do not have any access to HubSpot Insights).So you might be wondering, what now?
Let's remember that HubSpot Insights was an automation/AI tool that when a company domain was known it searched for some company information over the internet and completed it in your CRM. Some examples of this info are: amount of employees, annual revenue, description, industry, address , phone number, LinkedIn page among others.
The importance of a reliable Database
At this point we will not deny the importance of having a complete and reliable database of your prospects and customers. But the reality is that in the day-to-day dynamics, both sales and marketing teams don't have time to (or don't want to) take care of completing the missing information in the CRM. And then we get into the discussion about whose responsibility it is, whether we have to ask for more data in the form, or whether we have to ask for more info during the sales call. The reality is that nobody wants to do it but it is essential that it happens.
