What does "doing a HubSpot onboarding" mean?

You would be surprised by the number of current HubSpot clients who come to us without knowing what it means to have undergone onboarding. The reason or justification doesn't matter as much as the fact that onboarding is an internal process within companies where work processes are reviewed or defined, leading to certain configurations of their HubSpot portal being one way or another.

Each implementation must be analyzed individually; there are no copy-and-paste recipes from what "other companies" do, not even from the same industry. Don't let them sell you "mirrors with colors." What works for others may not work for your company.

These cases require a bit more effort since old lingering errors need to be fixed and the CRM needs to be cleaned, unlike starting "from scratch." Nevertheless, we always achieve success.

Yes. Some clients ask us, "I did my first configuration or onboarding a few years ago, but I feel that it no longer represents us and is not functional."
